    "html": "<p>Last Friday I released <a href=\"http://solarphp.com\">Solar 0.28 alpha</a>.  (As usual, the guys on the <a href=\"http://solarphp.com/project/mailing-list\">mailing list</a> got notification of this on the same day.)</p>\n<p>This is the first release in four months.  The last time I delayed so long between releases I gave the change notes inline, but I won't punish readers that way again. ;-) If you really want to, you can see the very very long list of <a href=\"http://solarphp.net/pear/index.php?package=Solar&amp;release=0.28.0&amp;downloads\">change notes here</a>.</p>\n<p>Over the next several days, I'll post more about individual developments in the framework, but here's a little to pique your interest:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>New <a href=\"http://solarphp.com/package/Solar_Http\">HTTP package</a> with request and response classes</li>\n<li>New <a href=\"http://solarphp.com/package/Solar_Mail\">Mail</a> and <a href=\"http://solarphp.com/package/Solar_Smtp\">SMTP</a> packages</li>\n<li>New <a href=\"http://solarphp.com/class/Solar_Controller_Page\">page-controller</a> magic</li>\n<li>Incorporation of the <a href=\"http://www.contentwithstyle.co.uk/Articles/17/\">Stenhouse CSS Framework</a> into Solar_App_Base</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In other news, it looks like Enygma at phpdeveloper.org <a href=\"http://blog.phpdeveloper.org/?p=62\">gave Solar a try and liked it</a>.
