Paul\u00e2\u0080\u0099s portfolio as set out in the annual disclosure statement. Mr. Bernstein says he has never seen such an extreme bet on economic catastrophe. \u00e2\u0080\u009dThis portfolio is a half-step away from a cellar-full of canned goods and nine-millimeter rounds,\u00e2\u0080\u009d he says.</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>A lot of people say one thing, but their actions belie their words.
